Build visual in power bi

Hi,   Please help with creating a visual in Power BI as below.

    Hi soumyaiyer ,

    Please find the below points and I hope it will helps you to resolve the issue your are facing.
    1) It is possble to develope a your required chart in Power Bi using the Matrix Chart.

    2) I hope you change Time Value to AVG in columns.

    Please double check the value your using is SUM or AVG in power BI.

You need to use matrix visual for this. Are you facing any issue on this? Please share sample data to build the visual
