Bubble map with pin point

I'm using the Map visual and have bubbles based on count of shipments from a warehouse. They are all heading to the same desination. My users want to see where these bubbles are in relation to the desination on a map. Is there a way I can work that into the Map visual? Or is there maybe a better visual to use that can do this? ArcGIS didn't look like there was much to it, becuase I don't have a subscription. The destination will have lat/long coordinates. I basically want it to dynamically drop a pin.
