Bubble map labels respect slicement

Hello and thank you for reading my message.
I'm trying to create a map with values in the bubbles. I was able to do it based on this link, but now I have a problem and that is that if I apply filters or segmentation, the values of the tags do not change me.

I leave an image where it clarifies a little more.

As you can see in the table on the right when filtering by month-year 08-2021, the values are different from those shown on the map (which is not considering that filter and shows me the values of the 4 countries for the whole year.

Following the example of the link above, the formula I have in that label is:

=Country Count Execution = BW[País]&" - "&CALCULATE(SUM(BW[Ejecuciones]), ALLEXCEPT(BW, BW[País]))
I wanted to correct it by adding the month-year to the calculate and it works if I have selected a single period, but when I select several months instead of showing me a single value, it makes me a split of the information

Thank you very much for any information that you think can lead me to the solution.

Thank you very much for the reply. In fact to simplify the data, I put everything together in a single table as can be seen in this new image where I include the fields involved.
