can someone please help me and explain what is this ? I am rebuild a report (not mine), person is gone and there is not documentation 🙂 of course. So I am wondering what is the ,,broken arrow,, for ?
its not an icon, as if you want to rename it just the text below is editable, also it is not a group/folder of measures as you cant see them in ,,model view,, where you can group measures together. So none of the answers is the correct one I am afraid. Any more thoughts ?

This could be an icon added to the folder name that is grouping this measure to idicates that these measure are related to a Trend visual or a page that is showing forecasting and trends, so its just an icon added by him to recognise what these measures refer to.

You have here a list of all icons, but it means KPI (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/transform-model/desktop-field-list#field-list-changes)
That is an Emoji that was added to the Measure Table Name for emphasis. Below is a screenshot of BAS displaying how to do this in his YouTube video Going crazy with EMOJIS in Power BI:
