Box and whisker with static values

Hi Community,

I am trying to acheive the same look and like of Box and whisker Chart, but instead of using only one column, I need to use separate columns for Median Maximum and Average, any solutions 

Any suggestion? Thank you in advance 👍

Thank you for your replay, actually I am have 5 columns (previous min, prevsious max, current value, current min, current max) and want to visualise them, I guess with plot chart I will miss the ability to compare previous min with current min values.
