Box and whisker plots from statistical summary

Hi - I am trying to create Box and whisker plot from statistical summary data. I have Max, Min and other quartiles but not the raw data for various reasons.

1. I treid to use Box and whisker plot by MAQ software but it requires Raw data. 

2. Used R Visual to create using ggplot but it forces all users to install R and customized libraries. Additioanally I also noticed that report server doesnt support R Visual. https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Report-Server/R-Visuals-on-Power-BI-Report-Server/m-p/771967 

3. Trying to recreate following excel ideas https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/create-a-box-plot-10204530-8cdf-40fe-a711-2eb9785e510f but noticed error bar is not available in power BI.

Any suggestions to proceed further?
