Box and Whisker by MAQ Software
Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my Box and Whisker by MAQ Software Visual. When plotting the data, several categories are missing (Category E and F) (pic 1). But by filtering values I can see these categories and I can choose them to plot separately (Pic 2).
I want all categories to be plotted (A-F)... What am I doing false?

Hi JuliaF,
1.Please move your mouse here to check if there is a slicer on the visual, if so, check if the slicer is the cause of the result.
2. Not sure how you configured the visual, based on testing I didn't find the reason, this is a custom visual, you can ask a question here for further support.

I recently faced the same issue as you did.
The sole reason why we cannot see other categories together but separately is because of the difference between the sample sizes.In my case:
1. Only the General category shows up when selected all.2. But you can see other categories separately since the difference is less as compared to General.
