Border fields on description

Hi. 

Im making a report for displaying in an production office. Earlier i created a similar report wich somehow was sorted with seperation fields on the column description. i will post a picture of how this looks. 

 is it just a coincidence that this happen last time, or can i repeat this ?

Unfortunately, I tried but failed. I want to know which visualization you chose and what does boundary do, so that I can test in more detail.

I am using a grouped column diagram for this. for borders i dont really know what you mean by that, but  around the vizualisation the radius is 0, aspect is locked.
