Border Colors for Bar charts

Newbie here, Is there a way to change the border color of a bar chart? I want to make this type of chart below.

@zacky546, Currently there is no such option to customize the border of the bars. But you can enroll your idea.

@zacky546 , I doubt we have option for border in case of column bar
