I just found a PBI report in wich the bookmarks apply just to a specific visualizations like this:
So the bookmark in the "Tabular" visual only affects one visual, leaving the right Ghrap inctact, and when using the bookmarks from the right it doesnt apply to the visuals from the right
I will appreciate some help!

Hello, I'm not clear on your question. Do you want the affect to be on both visuals or you want to copy the same in a different PBI?
This can be achieved using the selected visuals bookmark property. Refer the below video:
