Bookmarks that scroll you down to appropriate visual

My boss wants all our visuals on one long page that scrolls down, so i want to give her buttons that she can click on at the top, and they'll take her directly to the appropriate visual.  How would I...

    Quote form Microsoft:

     

    Bookmarks apply to the state of the visuals on a report page, and not to the visuals' location on the report page.

    Currently, we can only change the page view to Actual size, then adjust the canvas settings to Custom and increase the Page width/height. This will provide the desired scroll bar.
