Bookmarks question - Page Level filter and Slicer

instead of having to activate "view -- > bookmarks pane" every time you view the report, 

You can link shapes and images to bookmarks, With this feature, when you click on an object, it will show the bookmark associated with that object.

 

As for showing the the bookmarks pane on certain reports on the web, you can publish report from Power BI Desktop To Power BI Service.
