Bookmarks and Buttons: Disappearing when publishing online

I have followed the instructions from this link. However, once I click one of the buttons - the others dissapear. I am wondering if there are any other instructions or advice on how to set up the page so the buttons remain no matter which graph is being shown. 

 

Page was published on BI Service and this is when we encountered the issue of buttons just dissapearing.

    Hi sjw,

     

    Based on my test, this works well in my environment. You said the button will disappear, did you mean that the button appear in desktop, but when you upload the button will disappear? Did it work well in desktop? If it works well in desktop, it should work in service, you could try to republish this in service.

    In addition, if this don’t work in desktop, you need to check whether you set selection pane correctly(you need to set visibility of visuals at first, then add bookmark, create different bookmarks for different visual effects , then set action in button to link to corresponding bookmark). Or you also could up load your pbix file, I will test this in my environment.
