Bookmarks With data

According to your description, It sounds like you want to achieve some cross-page filters based on bookmarks.
If that is the case, I'd like to suggest you try to use a sync slicer with bookmarks and the sync slicer selection will be synced to different report pages.Slicers in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
