Hello all!
Our team is trying to set up a report that uses a page navigator that is hidden by default.
It works as such, a hamburger icon is shown in the top left of the page (in a title bar, as our reports are designed). The user will click on the hamberger icon to open the page nav, and select which page they wish to view. This works on a first goaround, but if the user tries to navigate back to a page they have already been to, the navigator will default to still having been open.
Is there a way to set which bookmarks are the default any and all times a page is navigated to?
Thanks!

Hey, as far as ive seen so far this isnt actually possible as bookmarks remain consistent.
I ended up creating a menu page instead that I would link to and then jump back into a different screen. But Im using powerbi embedded as part of a product so was vital for me.

Hi @wmcclure ,
Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community forum.
There is a limitation associated with bookmark navigator, If you use two or more bookmark navigators on a report page, and the bookmarks in those groups control overlapping settings (such as filters, drill state, expansion, or formatting), the active bookmark shown on each navigator might not match what you expect. This behavior occurs because reports can have only one active bookmark at a time. Each navigator displays the last bookmark selected within that specific navigator, not necessarily the bookmark that's currently affecting the report. To avoid confusion, ensure that bookmarks in different groups control completely separate settings, and avoid using multiple bookmark navigators for complex analysis scenarios.
Please check if this is causing the issue you are experiencing.
I hope this information helps. Please do let us know if you have any further queries.
Thank you

That's how it is unless the navigation is a bookmark to a page and which closes the icon.
