Bookmark + Page Navigation - How to perform two action on same button

Hi Team,

Seeking expert advice as in my current project I have a requirement on the button I must do two actions simultaneously

1. Bookmark

2. Page Navigation

However, the functionality we have in Power BI allows me to choose anyone at a time.

Any solution or workaround kindly advise.

Hi @PrinceSethi09,

AFAIK, the current one button can only bind to one action, you can't use it to apply multiple actions at the same time.
For your requirement, I'd like to suggest you use bookmark features with 'sync mode' slicer.
You use the bookmark to navigate to a specific report page with saved filter effects, these filters can change the other report page contents based on sync slicer effects.

It is not possible to do both the thing with the same button. If you are navigating to a new page there is not point in hiding the visuals of the current page.

Anyway, you will need two buttons to achieve this.

You cant do both. Elaborate why and what you are trying to do.

Hi Anam:

there is some business requirement, where I have to click on button and it should perform two task, first hide few of the object and then navigate to other page.

I tried but I could able to perform any one at a time, whereas my management want there has to be two action on single click
