Bookmark Navigator Layering

Hello, I have a bookmark navigator that is not working correctly. Two of the buttons work (Performance & RTP), but the other (Fatigue) can not be brough to the forefront. I think it is an issue with the Fatigue visual being hidden but I dont know how to fix it. When I open both the Selection and Bookmarks panes and click through the visuals within this bookmark, the two that are working correctly show the correct combination of Shown/Hidden within the selection page, but clicking on Fatigue shows that it is hidden while another visual is shown. Seems simple enough, but I'm unable to fix it by unhiding fatigue, as it does not stay unhidden when I click away. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
