Bold text for specific columns and rows
The formatting is limited and depends on the chart you are using.
The only formatting option you will have is as in the formatting tab of the chart. Here you can drop down select the row for formatting.

PranitAnonymous you cannot change the font to bold but with the conditional formatting, you can change the font color or background color of these lines. See conditional formatting here
