Blocked by other queries

Getting the error blocked by other queries when trying to apply changes. This only happens when I remove my parameter which I need to do so when I publish the entire dataset does too. I tried loading the queries individually with no luck. Any ideas?

You've not provided enough information to get definitive answers.

I'll take a stab though.

Can you keep the parameter as is and change it in the service after you publish and then refresh the dataset?
