Block file download - Power Bi

Is there any feature capable of preventing the user from downloading the file that has been published?

    Hi DavidNunes7 -
    Tenant Level - there is an extreme option that prevent all users in the Tenant from downloading files (or limit this option to certain users).  This is available in the Tenant Settings, so you need Power BI Admin access.  

    Workspace Level - If you want to control this at the Workspace level, the user should have Viewer access only.  If the user has Member, Contributor or Admin access, they will be able to download the file.

    There is no Report level restriction other than hosting the report in a different workspace.
