Block collapse filter in a report

Hi, i blocked my filter like this   Is it possible to allow users to see what filter is? Filter is blocked but users can see what inside.                               ...

Click the "eye" icon on the right top hand of the filter pane.

      Found it.

       

      By this way filter panel will not show up.

       

      I want that user can see filter pane but can also open blocked filter to see what's inside, without modify it beacuse it's blocked.

       

      Get it?
