Blanks showing up in Slicers

anytime I refresh my data, I continue to get (blanks) in my slicers  - see 30 day tab.  I have to manually go into filters and exclude (blanks) ...How can I set this as standard?  Thank you.  https://1drv.ms/u/s!Ava_12t7CNJtkEcQHD-Ralk-Qgjf?e=4PptTr

If you set a page level filter in the report file and save it, that filter should persist through refreshes. If you simply set the filter in your online view after refreshing without saving the report file, it may or may not persist depending on whether or not that filter option is valid on the next refresh.

@Anonymous seems this was a bookmark issue, I've updated the bookmark and now it works.
