Hello,
It seems like a setting in Power BI has changed and I can't figure out how to change it. In all of my power bi files, I have tried numerous different fields - and the same things happens. Whenever there are blanks, the blanks will not be counted.. but this did not used to be the case. See my images - you can see in the filter pane there are blanks, but it seems the blanks are automatically filtered out. Whereas before, I could see the count of the blanks by default. I have looked online everywhere to see if this is part of a recent update. I cannot seem to figure out what is going on.
So in this first image, it should be showing me the count of blanks, but instead it is showing there are no blanks - and i have the "count" function on....... thanks in advance!!
Hi @aduguid ,

Have you tried creating a measure?
Count of Milestone Status = COUNT([Milestone Status]) + 0
Hello, thanks! Yes I know there are workarounds and ways to get what i need. But I was more so just wondering if anyone knew if there was some setting in POwer BI? I was hoping to change a setting that I can include blanks being counted by default. In the past I know there was a setting in power bi where you could select "Show items with no data" .... but that is not a setting anymore... so wondering if anyone knew what could be going on?....
