Blanking Issue in Report layout
I have created a report which has a text box coloured in yellow on the side as a layout.I have added a couple of filters and buttons on top of that. I have set the alignment for the text box as "Send Backwards" and "Send Forward" for the other filters. But when I accidentally click outside the filter, the textbox gets highlighted and the filters disappears. This happens even when viewing the published report on power BI web.
I want to create a layout as below. Any suggestions on how I could get the side bar, without having any click action associated with it.

Unfortunatley, this isn't currently possible.
There's an idea for this here . Be sure to vote it up!
