Blank values message

Good afternoon. My report ten times (not always) gives an error when updating saying that it has a blank value in one of my dimension tables. However, there is no blank value in it. So I don't understand why the error. Has anyone had a similar situation?

I created a check in Excel to identify empty cells. And as seen in the image the result is false.

Image of the generated error.

Image with the value (7927) that the error indicates, from the dimension table.

  • Hi hudsonvj

Sometimes when you're working with excel files even though the line may look blank but it may contain some hidden information. I prefer to query excel tables rather than sheets.

Something to try is at the end of your imported query, do a "Remove Blank" on the column and see if that fixes your issue.

    Hi hudsonvj ,

Please try putting the columns from the table in the question prompt into the table visual object, sorting them in the visual object, and then checking for null values at the top.

If your Current Period does not refer to this, please clarify in a follow-up reply.
