Blank report on Power bi

I have a report which shows daily sales, however everyday at 5pm the report becomes blank like its the next day already. I am on honduras my data is store in the same time zone as texas so its the same time. Should i check the report in power bi desktop or the problem could be power bi service

Power BI service uses UTC and desktop uses your computers local time. There is a DateTimeZone function in PowerQuery or NOW() function in DAX depending on your data model.

hi! thank you for the support , so if i use the dattimefunction or dax it could work in power bi service , and not take it as if is the next day

Kind of. So since Power BI Service always uses UTC, if you'd use, for example, NOW() in PBI Desktop and and on service at the same time, you'd see on your desktop the local time in Honduras, and on Service you'd see the local time in UTC (which according to Google is +6 hours ahead).  So you could adjust your primary date/time filter to be NOW() -6 or UTCNOW -6 (I suppose it wouldn't make any difference for you). That's assuming that your target audience is in Honduras. You may need to adjust as suits your needs.
