Blank page when trying to install a visual

Myself and another user are having an issue adding a visual from the market place. Company policy means we're using the Oct 21 version.

Basically when we try and add a custom visual we can see all the available visuals but as soon as we click the visual we get 'loading data' for a few secs then a blank page and nothing. Any ideas?

Check with you IT and make sure the Market place website and IP is in the whitelist and you have access to download from that area.
