I have a report built in PBI Desktop that uses the Dynamic Tooltip by MAQ Software, and I wanted to replace the default image (question mark in a circle) with a blank (transparent) image so I could place it on top of a card visual; this allows users to mouse over the card and get additional data points around the measure the card displays. I had previously used the recommended blank image at https://image.ibb.co/ioOB0K/Blank.png
Unfortunately, this link no longer works, so the Dynamic Tooltip shows a broken image instead of a blank image. Is there a new recommended blank image link that's publicly accessible?

Hi Greg,
When I use that link the image loads fine, and when I check the SSL cert for the site I see this
imgBB is a very big, well known website so it's unlikely that it's SSL cert is not configured properly.
When you click on the Details button of the error you get, what does that tell you?
As I can reach imgBB, it would indicate something wrong at your end.
What browser are you using? I've tested the URL using Edge and Brave.
Tyr accessing the image URL using an incognito browser session.
There are various causes for this issue
https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/mamp-this-site-cant-provide-a-secure-connection/
https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/site-cant-provide-secure-connection-error
Read those articles and then I'd suggest checking:
- Your browser cache (clear it).
- Time and date settings on your computer
- Browser extensions
- QUIC config if using Chrome
- Anti-virus/malware software
Regards
Phil

Thanks Phil. I've tried out a few things:
1) Here's the message I get, expanded to view details:
2) Clearing cached files in Chrome
3) Clearing the SSL cache
4) Accessing in Edge
This makes it look like it's an IT security measure that's specific to my organization. I'll try connecting with the internal IT support group.
Thanks,
Greg
What do you mean the link to the image no longer works? It works ok for me?

Hi Phil,
When I follow the link, I get an unsupported protocol error message:
My published report (in a premium capacity workspace) also shows a broken image where there was previously a blank / transparent image (there are two visuals on top of each other, and you can see part of the card visual behind the broken image):
Thanks,
Greg
