Blank data even though data exist in backend

Hi,

I am using power BI report which is connected to live cube. I am seeing issue with one of the visual today. It shows blank even though we have data in cube. If I recreate the same visual in another tab, it shows data.

can any one help what could be the issue with original tab.

Hi @RohiniMaddala

If you recreate the same visual on the same page, will it show blank?

@RohiniMaddala not sure what to tell without looking at it. good luck. Seems like some page-level filter or maybe there is a slicer that is not visible, Go to View -> Selection and see if there is anything marked as hidden and that is causing it.

@RohiniMaddala not sure why? Cannot tell without looking at it. Doesn't make sense at all? Are you using any measure that is filtering? Just shooting in the dark here.

yes, this issue looks strange. I am not using any measures for filtering. could not understand what is the problem. If I copy and paste this visual in another page, it shows data as expected.
