hi amitchandak what is [MD By Days]? Is it [Table2[MD] By Table3[Days])?

amitchandak shows you a good way by using isfiltered function and you may try to use hasonefilter function as well.
I build a table to have a test.
Build a measure:
M_MD = IF(HASONEFILTER('Table'[Well]),SUM('Table'[MD]),BLANK())Result:

Select the slicer.
