Blank Power BI Map visual

Hello,

I have a user who is unable to view a map visualization on her PC using Power BI Desktop.  The map is just blank, similar to the issue described in this thread:

So far, we have tried to correc the issue by doing the following:

• Cleaned out the users cache, as suggested by the thread above (C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop\CEF )
• Reviewed the users LAN Settings (which we no different than mine and I am able to see the map visual perfectly). 
• Downloaded the latest version of Power BI to her desktop. 
• Verified that she is on my company's network and can successfully navigate on the internet and go to https://www.bing.com/maps

I am out of ideas and am not finding any other suggestions.  Does anyone else have any thoughts?  It sounds as though it has to do with a setting on her individual PC since she is the only one who seems to be having this problem at this time in my organization, but I am unsure which setting(s) to start with.
