Blank Date Values

Hi All,

I created a date slicer to select datae range.  By default it is disaplaying dates in both range date.

I want to display blank as a default so user have ability to select any date range.

Currently it is as below:

I want no values but allow user to select the date from calendar.  Thanks

Hi @sdhn 

To my knowledge, it is not able to display blank as a default. By default, it will select the whole date range of the date column that is in the slicer. You seem to be using a date column which has a range 10/1/2021 to 10/30/2021. If you want to show a wider range, you could add a calendar table which covers all possible dates you want users to select. But when a date slicer is in Between/Before/After mode, it requires at least a one-date range and cannot show blank. 

You could vote for a similar issue (Date Range Slicer needs to include null values too) or raise new ideas at Ideas.
