Black/Blank screen at Relationships view

I'm having a problem of not seeing the Relationships view at Power BI Desktop. 

As seen on the screenshot above, the tooltip is still being shown leaving the actual relationship view blank/black. 

Screenshot above shows what happens when I try to resize the Power BI Desktop. 

Laptop is dell xps 13.

Any help is appreciated.

I tried everything, update, re-install, reopen and I'm not able to see the Relationships view at Power BI Desktop.

Hi @dustinn,

What version of system operation was using on your machine? It looks like this problem might be related to your computer environment.

Please try to save pbix file and re-open it. If issue persits, reinstall Power BI desktop for a test. Also, please refer to the advice and workarounds mentioned in below links to see whether they work for your scenario.
