Bind free text to parameter
So we can bind an existing field with predefined values to a Power Query parameter and pass it to SQL. Great!
But what if I need enable user to insert ANY value (perhaps ID) and bind that to parameter. Is there any way to achieve that? Help needed! Thanks!

You can have M paramater and replace that in SQL step of power query

Hello Amit, unfortunately it does not answer my question. My main question is how to allow user enter free text in report (something similar to slicer, but allowing entering any value) which will be bound to PQ parameter.
