Super Uservikassan I have seen this in the past, not all the fonts are supported in the service. Think about the font is installed on your computer when it is published, the report runs on the shared environment on the cloud and you have no way to install the font on the share could environment and that's why you don't see the same font in the cloud. I don't think there is a solution for this except using the fonts that are supported in the service.
