Between Dates Slicer
- Anonymous2 years ago
Hi GFRO ,
Please try this way:
For example, I need the slicer to have a start date of April 1, 2008 and an end date that is always today's date. I am creating a new table with the following DAX:Slicer = CALENDAR(DATE(2008,4,1),TODAY())Create a relationship between this new table and the other tables that need to be filtered, and use this new table to create the slicer.
When the time comes to the next day, I just need to refresh Power BI and the termination date in the slicer changes.
Best Regards,
Dino Tao

Hi GFRO ,
If your slicer has been created using a real-time refreshed datasheet, then after the daily refresh is complete, you can simply click this eraser to save the publish.Best Regards,

Hello GFRO ,
I recently figured out a way to do this but with a custom slicer named timeline, you can add it, there's an option to get the latest date or the current date, try it.
Thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately, the Latest Date feature filters out only the last period of time.
I'm looking for something that keeps the start date and keeps updating the end date for the latest date.
