Better Visualisation Suggestion
Hi rajendraongole1 , thanks for your reply. I tried using bubble chart with categorical data viz and getting this output
Not sure if this also looks pleasing. My sample data structure looks this
Target value is constant which is 4

Option 1: Use the "Stacked Column Chart" and add a Constant Line:
Option 2: You could also use "Clustered Bar Column" chart and add a target line
Option 3: Try like creating Measure for Target and compare it next to each skillsOption 4: Use Table with Data Bar as Conditional Formatting:

Use the "Scatter Chart" visual.
Map:
Y-Axis: Skills
X-Axis: Actual Values
Size: Target Values
Lollipop Chart:
Use a combination of line and circle visuals from the "Custom Visuals" marketplace.
Conditional Formatting for Bars:
Use a clustered bar chart.
Apply conditional formatting based on a measure to compare actual vs. target.
