Best way to link to another report page

I have a report with multiple teams on it.  I can't just use cross filtering and team slicer because the datasets are different for certain teams.  I want to have a list of the teams on the front page and users be able to click on it (drill through or link) to go to the team's page.  How can I go about doing this?
