Best way to combine Live Connection and Dataverse with authorizations

Dear community, 

This is my first question on this forum. 

I need to create and publish a report that could be refreshed weekly or daily. I have two data sources -- Live PowerBI dataset and Dataverse tables from Dynamics 365.

I need to be able to manipulate the data model and to set up authorization per user independently from Dataverse or Live connection.

Could you please advise me on the best way to achieve this? Thank you in advance.
