Best Visualization for year on year renewals

What is the best way to show visualization for year on year renewals?

For example- I create a Policy in 2015 and the renewal is annually so in 2016 it could get renewed. It could also get renewed in 2017, 2018 and so on. So what charts could I use to show how many policies have been created in a year and which year it got renewed and finally stopped getting renewed.

    Seems like you want to show multiple single value in your report, right? I would suggest you to create a multi-row  card visual.
