Best Practices for Loading Sprinklr Data into Power BI for Reporting

Hi everyone,

I've been tasked with integrating Sprinklr with Power BI (either via APIs or alternative methods) so that I can connect Sprinklr data with other data sources in Power BI. The goal is to load the data (not just a live connection) to be able to run queries and generate reports.

Could anyone guide me on how to set this up?

Microsoft Power BI and Sprinklr Integration and Automation (tray.ai)

• Use tools like Postman to test API calls first, ensuring the correct endpoints and data format.
• In Power BI, you can connect via the Web connector. When prompted, use the API key for authentication. Note that sometimes you may need to use basic authentication by placing the API key in the username field (depending on Sprinklr’s API setup).
