Best Practice for maintaing large report

I've been building a power bi report called "Reporting Master" where I've been building queries for the last few months.  All the queries are beneficial at some point to any other reports that users request.  Say I have approx 20 tabs in the report.

But I want to publish online, just a small amount of these reports, say 5 of them.  So what I do is I "save as" the Master Report, call it "Report Online", and then publish that.

So any changes I need to make, I always do in the "Master Report", then I save as "Report Online", overwrite the file, delete all the tabs I don't want again, and republish.

Is there an easier way to do this?  Can I publish just pages from the "Master Report" instead???  This would be WAAAAY easier, as I could publish select pages and then when I need to update only 1 report it would be much easier.
