Best Power BI Visualization for Comparing Forecasted and Actual Sales Across Main and Subcategories

Hi all
In Power BI, I need to represent data for main product categories and their subcategories.

Each category reports both actual monthly sales and forecasted sales. Additionally, I have a measure for the deviation between these actual and forecasted sales figures.

I'm looking to create a Power BI visualization that starts with displaying the forecasted sales, transitions to showing both the main and subcategories, and concludes with the actual sales.

This should effectively illustrate the change from forecasted to actual sales for each category.

Which visual would best achieve this?
I considered Waterflow , but maybe their are other way to show this 🙂

Thanks in adavnce

@Anonymous , Waterfall seems a good option. You can also try

Line and Clustered Column Chart
Stacked area chart
Bullet Chart
