Thanks for audreygerred's reply. Enable the Fabric F64 trial in Fabric and then try to use the data pipeline to connect to the data stored in Azure and use Fabric Lakehouse/Warehouse to manage your data. See the documentation below for more information.

Which Fabric or Premium Capacity do you have? Is your model star schema? What is the current size of your pbix semantic model? What issues are you having with Role Based Access?
I have Power BI Pro license. My model is star schema. Power BI is running out of memory when I try to load this 200 million records in Power BI Desktop.
