Benchmark value based on slicer selection

Hi,

I could use some help with the following request.

We have a barchart in wich the average score of a survey question theme is displayed for a specific client.
In this barchart we also want to display the average peer/benchmark score for all other clients except the selected client.

We also want to provide the dashboard user with the option to further alter the peer/benchmark score by narrow it down to a specific region en/or city.

However.
Whan for instance client A is selected, which is a client in region South and city Rotterdam, and when we then select the benchmark to be Region Mid, this keeps interupting the value in the barchart.

I've already tried to edit interactions so that the slicer of region and city doesnt influence the barchart, but this doesnt work.

Thanks in advance 🙂

  • Hi ErwinNL91 ,

To have a dynamic benchmark you need to use a disconnected tables for the filtering and/or comparision.

The file is asking for password to access can you please make it available.
