    I found solution,

     

    Use datavalue( ) to  change createdAt data type. And then, all is correct.

Hi erikzzy,

As a workaround, would it be possible to count the "duplicate creatAt" values instead of the ID's to see if that works?

 

If that's not feasible can you try this to see if there is a problem with the data (or the visual being used)

When you create a Matrix visual and add the columns

"duplicate creatAt"

then

"ID"

does the sum of the ID's show as expected in the matrix visual?

    Hi erikzzy,

    As Anonymous was suggesting it looks like there is an issue with the third party visual being used.

    It would be best to contact the provider of the third party visual in this case.

    Sorry I couldn't be of more help with this one.
