Basic text filter - exact match
Hi, I have a buisness requirement to have a report with a text box search that filters the data via an exact match on the search criteria, and also doesn't try and display all the search options ...
Possibly, I tried smart filter free but that didn't work very well, the field it needs to filter has over a hundred thousand distinct values and it tries to display the options the same way a standard slicer does....which the business doesn't want to do...most of the time the report crashed when I added the smart filter...the pro version might be better / more configurable but I don't want to go through the hassle of getting approval to get it if it won't do what I need (work would need to pay for it after all)....I have emailed OKViz to check if the pro version has the functionality needed...or perhaps I should say the lack of functionality needed 🙂
