Based on user selection in slicer (IST, EST) report will get interact as per selection

keep inactive relation between date and fact table for IST date and try using USERELATIONSHIP function in measures.
Arul , DateColumn is in Date&Time format and EST timezone data will be loading

Since your dates are already in EST you can easily switch between EST and IST by creating a small disconnected Timezone table (with IST and EST) and using it as a slicer. Then create one calculated column called AdjustedDate in your fact table where EST simply returns the original date, and IST adds 10 hours and 30 minutes to convert EST to IST. For example, IST = Datetime + 10.5
Finally use this AdjustedDate column instead of the original date in all your visuals. Now, whenever a user selects IST or EST in the slicer every visual in the entire report will automatically update to show the date and time in the selected timezone.

If we have two columns,how to archieve ? we can able to active only one relationship,if we give also, it will be inactive doesn't work between two table.
