Hi Aly ,
You can get the expected output by Matrix and conditional formatting.
Best regards,
Mengmeng Li
Aly Can you post sample data? Maybe a scatter plot chart could be used for this.
Sorry, having trouble following, can you post sample data as text and expected output?
Not really enough information to go on, please first check if your issue is a common issue listed here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/Before-You-Post-Read-This/ba-p/1116882
Also, please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490
The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
Added context. I hope this is now inline with the forum.

Aly I was able to use a Scatter chart to get what you wanted. However, you need to use numbers for your stages instead of text. See attached PBIX file below signature:

Greg_Deckler Thats a way of looking at it, unfortnately without the name on the x-axis it is fairly difficult to read for the people who it is intended for.

Aly Yeah, unfortunately it's a limitation to the scatter chart. You might be able to do something with Deneb or other third-party visuals.
