Bar graphs getting cut off?
I have a series of bar graphs have between 2-3 datapoints in the x axis, but for whatever reason Power BI cannot seem to properly format the end bars. Picture A shows what my graph looks like in "continuous" mode, and you can see the first and last bar are tiny compared to the others, with a wide space in between the datapoints. Picture B shows what the same graph looks like in "categorical" mode, which is slightly better, but I want there to be some space deliniating each section by year. Does anyone have any advice on getting Power BI to show all the bars as the same width?

Hi MeggieD00dles ,
You can try the following settings:
X – axis -- Type – set Categorical
Columns – Spacing – inner padding – set 0 px

Thank you! I was able to change the column spacing after I switched the type to "Categorical" and it maintained the adjustment when I switched it back to "Continuous"
